Delivery Policy
Our designer at Stamford Flowers will personally ensure that your customized orders are fulfilled timely as per our delivery schedule below. We are sure that you will be pleased with our products when given sufficient time to professionally put together your gift.
Standard Delivery (Non-Peak Season)
*Delivery charge per destination of $9.00 (Before GST) applies within Singapore Mainland.

Note:
Orders received on Saturday after 1:01pm or at any time on Sunday/Public Holiday can only be confirmed by the NEXT working day. As such, the earliest delivery can only be done between 2.30pm to 6.00pm on that same working day.
*Please provide recipient’s Mobile Number for Home and Hospital Delivery.
*For deliveries to all Hospital/Hospice/Medical Centre/Polyclinic, delivery time-slots only available before 5pm.(as governed by MOH Policies).
Surcharge Delivery
*For deliveries to Sentosa/ restricted Airport Cargo Complex/ PSA/ Marina Bay Sands/ Jurong Island / Jewel@Changi Airport etc, will incur additional delivery charges of S$15.00(before GST) on top of Normal Delivery of $9.00 (Before GST) per gift.
Due to Security regulations imposed on these area(other than Sentosa), Stamford need to contact the recipient in advance to apply for authorized Delivery Pass for the delivery.
Re-Delivery
*Please ensure that the recipient’s address is correct and that someone is available to receive the gifts.
In the event that the recipient is not around, the gift will be send back to Stamford’s Office to reschedule for next available delivery date and time slot. Please kindly note that touching up and re-delivery fee may incur of up to 50% of the original selling price.
Peak Season Delivery
(For Festive Hampers - Hari Raya , Deepavali and Christmas etc, your order will be delivered within 3 working days from the selected delivery date.)
However, during the Lunar New Year Festive, orders for the Lunar New Year Hampers require at least in advance of 3 working days notice for delivery schedule or depending on delivery slots availability.
There will be NO DELIVERY on Eve of LUNAR NEW YEAR and on the Public Holidays of LUNAR NEW YEAR ( Eg. 1st Day, 2nd Day and Official Stated of LUNAR NEW YEAR Public Holidays by Singapore Policy)
Stamford reserves the right to refuse any orders depending on circumstances.
